Made-to-Order Products

All Sketchy Nature products are made to order. Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll make it right.

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, we will offer a replacement at no cost or a refund, depending on the situation.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date

  • We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund if the claim is approved

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

  • Refunds are not issued for failed deliveries caused by address errors

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
