At Sketchy Nature, our products are made to order. Each item is created specifically after your order is placed, which helps reduce unnecessary waste and keeps the creative process intentional.

Because our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, or change-of-mind purchases.

Please review all product details, sizing charts, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order. Measure twice, order once. The hoodie does not know your intentions.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a production issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Your full name

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

  • A photo of the full item

  • A photo of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation.

You do not need to return the damaged, defective, or misprinted item unless we specifically ask you to.

Wrong Size, Wrong Color, or Change of Mind

Since every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if:

  • You ordered the wrong size

  • You selected the wrong color

  • You changed your mind

  • The item does not fit as expected

  • You no longer want the item after it has been produced

Please check the size guide before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend comparing the measurements to a garment you already own and like.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be sent into production shortly after they are placed.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production.

Once production begins, the order usually cannot be changed, canceled, refunded, or modified.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Before contacting us, please:

  • Check the tracking information

  • Confirm that your shipping address was entered correctly

  • Check with your local post office or carrier

  • Look around your delivery location

  • Ask neighbors, household members, or building staff if applicable

If the package is confirmed lost in transit and the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation.

If tracking shows that the package was delivered, but you did not receive it, we will review the issue case by case. Replacements and refunds are not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered.

Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may be able to reship the order.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If reshipment is available, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

We do not guarantee refunds for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable because the customer entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

We will try to update the order before production or shipping, but changes are not guaranteed.

Minor Production Variations

Because our products are made using print-on-demand and custom production methods, slight variations may occur.

Minor differences in print placement, garment color, texture, sizing, or finish are not considered defects unless they clearly affect the quality or accuracy of the product.

For embroidered products, small variations in stitch texture, placement, backing, or fine detail may occur due to the nature of embroidery.

Sale Items and Discounted Orders

Sale items and discounted orders are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a production issue.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process the refund.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
