Shipping & Production Expectations

At Sketchy Nature, most products are made to order. That means your item is created specifically after your order is placed instead of being pulled from a warehouse shelf.

This helps reduce waste and keeps production intentional, but it also means your order needs time to be made before it ships.

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days.

Production time is the time needed to create, print, embroider, pack, and prepare your item for shipping. This does not include shipping/transit time.

During holidays, sales, product launches, or high-volume periods, production may take longer than usual.

Estimated Delivery Time

Your estimated delivery time includes:

Production time + Shipping time = Estimated delivery time

Shipping time begins after your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier.

Delivery times vary based on:

Product type

Shipping method selected at checkout

Destination address

Carrier delays

Fulfillment location

Weather, holidays, or other shipping disruptions

We will provide tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, shipping destination, and available shipping methods.

Some products may have different shipping costs depending on size, weight, quantity, and fulfillment location.

Multiple Packages

If your order includes multiple items, they may not always ship together.

Some items may be produced at different facilities, packaged separately, or shipped at different times to protect product quality during transit.

If your order arrives in separate packages, don’t panic. The rest of the creative cargo may still be on the way.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Delays

We do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, but shipping delays can happen.

Possible causes include:

  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Weather disruptions
  • Holiday volume
  • Customs processing for international orders
  • Production delays during high-demand periods

We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped, but we will help review any order issue if something looks wrong.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Please double-check your address before placing your order, including apartment numbers, suite numbers, zip codes, and spelling.

Made-to-Order Notice

Because our products are made to order, please review product details, size charts, colors, and shipping information before purchasing.

Once an order enters production, it usually cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.
